All of our products are hade made and is a high-end costume Jewellery, therefore your Jewellery will last you for as long as you look after it.

Any tarnishing or discolouration may occur depends on various factors; acidity and moisture levels in your skin, environment and any chemicals (Perfumes, Creams, etc.) that come in contact with your Jewellery. 

 

 Our products have a 14-day return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges after this time period.

For hygienic purposes. This exchange process does not apply to any of our Lingerie Jewellery Pieces. 

In cases where the Jewellery is faulty due to sub-standard manufacturing, we will happily exchange, refund or give you store credit to the same purchase value.

If you would like to lodge a return please send an email to info@drizzle.co.za, with your reason for the return, and pictures of the piece clearly showing the fault.

Re-sizing Items

After notifying us that you would like your piece re-sized, you will need to deliver the item/s along with your measurements to the shipping address as seen below. Please note size adjustment can take between 5-10 working days. We will notify you when your adjustments have been completed, you can then collect your piece or we can arrange for our courier to deliver it to you at your expense.
