Return Policy

All Drizzle products have a 7-day return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange items after this time period.

We greatly appreciate your honesty, however, refunds do not apply if you are not satisfied with your purchase or how the piece looks on you.

In such cases we will exchange the piece with jewellery to the same value of the piece purchased.

Faulty Items

Where an item is recognized as having a manufacturing default, we will happily exchange, refund you in full, or provide you with a store credit voucher you can use to order other items, provided that your item is in the original condition you received it in and is not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of payment.

Sale Items

Items bought on Sale may not be returned or exchanged, unless they have been deemed faulty.

Re-sizing Items

After notifying us that you would like your piece re-sized, you will need to deliver the item/s along with your measurements to the shipping address as seen below or alternatively we can get our courier to collect them from you at your own expense. Please note size adjustment can take 5-10 working days. We will notify you when your adjustments have been completed, you can then collect your piece or we can arrange for our courier to deliver it to you at your own expense.

Gift Exchanges

If faulty items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Process

  • Email us pictures of the item/s and we will determine whether or not they are eligible for a refund or an exchange.
  • If we cannot determine from the photos if the item/s are eligible for a refund or exchange you will have to return the items to our Shipping address as seen below, at your own cost.
  • Once we have received and looked at the item/s we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return has been approved you can request to either have a full credit refund automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, (7-10 working days apply). Otherwise, we can exchange the item with no additional delivery fee to you or offer you're a store credit voucher for you to purchase other items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and/or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on the location of your delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
